Grove Church RSVP - 11AM Worship AND Groups - Sept 27

We will continue to limit seating to 150 immediate household groups for 11AM Worship. Please make sure to fully answer all of the questions in the RSVP!

*If you are in a high-risk group, we ask that you consider remaining a television/online viewer for a while longer.

GroveKIDS Sunday School & 11am Childcare

• School-age Children (entering Kindergarten-5th) Check in Rm 05
• Infant - 4 years will be checked in at the Preschool Hallway
• Please enter using the SOUTH Entrance (Lower Lot)
• Answer all questions in this RSVP to bring your children for Sunday school (9:15-10:45am) OR for Nursery/KIDS Worship during the 11am service

Before Attending Service

Please assess your health BEFORE LEAVING HOME

"YES or NO: in the last 10 days, have I had any of the following..."

1. Fever (temperature of 100.4°F or higher) or a sense of fever?
2. Chills that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
3. New cough that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
4. Shortness of breath that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
5. Sore throat that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
6. Muscle aches (myalgia) that cannot be attributed to another health condition?
7. Prolonged exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
8. Is there any medical reason why I shouldn’t be around others?

If an individual answers “YES” to any of the questions, they (as well as all members of the household) should remain home and worship through our LIVE broadcast.

Health & Safety

• Attendees will need to bring a mask to wear in the facility, including during 9:15 groups and 11AM service. Staff will be wearing masks. We will have a limited number of masks available if you do not have one.

• Limited Rest Rooms will be available, please minimize the use, if possible. Cleaning supplies will be available for your confidence. Remember, washing hands thoroughly is one of the recommended ways to reduce spread of the virus.

• Please note that our staff continue to clean all high-use areas throughout the week and during Sunday services.

11AM Service Arrival Times Assigned by Last Name

• A-H 10:15-10:25am
• I-P 10:20-10:30am
• Q-Z 10:30-10:40am

• Arrive through the Main Entrance (Use South Entrance ONLY if you are bringing children for Sunday school/childcare)
• You will be given assigned seating for the Worship Center
• Remain with your household group the entire time
• Seat assignments will be distributed from front-to-back to maintain recommended social distancing throughout the process

After the 11AM Service

• Please remain seated for closing remarks and organized dismissal
• We will dismiss by row and section (back-to-front)
• Attendees will be requested to wear a mask while exiting
• Exit through an alternate route (do not exit via Main Entrance)
• Staff will be present to provide directions
